In this yoga class, you will gently explore the limits of your body by assuming various poses, as well as doing relaxing breathing and meditation exercises, in order to calm down and get in touch with yourself. Feel how yin yoga affects your connective tissue, relaxes your muscles and stretches your ligaments and tendons. Doing the exercises regularly will make your body more flexible, stable and strong, as well as giving you a mental and emotional boost. No experience required!
